Swarna Mareddy is licensed in the State of Delaware in two separate professional capacities:

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer — affiliated with Mortgage Network Solutions LLC, NMLS #2427430

These are two distinct, separately licensed professional roles. Swarna Mareddy may offer both real estate representation services and mortgage loan origination services to the same client. Clients are under no obligation to use both services and are free to work with any real estate agent or mortgage provider of their choosing.

Each service offered by Swarna Mareddy is completely independent of the other. Specifically:

• You may engage Swarna Mareddy solely as your Realtor® to assist in buying or selling a home, without any obligation to use her mortgage loan officer services.
• You may engage Swarna Mareddy solely as your Mortgage Loan Officer to obtain financing, without any obligation to use her real estate services.
• You may choose to use both services if you find it beneficial, but this is entirely your decision.

You are encouraged to shop independently and compare services and rates from other providers before making any decisions.

When Swarna Mareddy provides services in both her capacity as a Realtor® and as a Mortgage Loan Officer to the same client in the same transaction, she may receive compensation for each service separately:

• Real Estate Commission: As your Realtor®, Swarna Mareddy may receive a real estate commission, typically paid at closing and typically paid by the seller in a buyer transaction, or negotiated in a seller transaction.
• Loan Origination Compensation: As your Mortgage Loan Officer, Swarna Mareddy may receive compensation from Mortgage Network Solutions LLC for originating your mortgage loan. This compensation is disclosed separately in your Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure as required by federal law.

The fact that Swarna Mareddy may earn compensation from both roles in the same transaction does not affect the pricing, terms, or conditions of either service. All compensation is disclosed in the required federal and state disclosures provided at the time of each transaction.

Swarna Mareddy operates in two separate professional capacities through two separate and independently licensed companies:

• Tesla Realty Group LLC — Licensed real estate brokerage in Delaware
• Mortgage Network Solutions LLC — Licensed mortgage company in Delaware

This notice is provided in accordance with Section 8(c)(4)(A) of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) (12 U.S.C. §2607) and its implementing regulation, Regulation X (24 CFR §3500.15).

Swarna Mareddy is committed to acting in the best interests of each client at all times, regardless of whether one service, both services, or neither service is used. Specifically:

• Real estate advice will never be influenced by whether a client chooses to use mortgage loan officer services.
• Mortgage advice will never be influenced by whether a client chooses to use real estate services.
• Clients will always be advised of their right to seek independent services from other providers.
• No pressure will ever be applied, directly or indirectly, to use both services.
